2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our service for a variety of business purposes, including:

• To facilitate account creation and logon processes.
• To enable user-to-user and customer communication (e.g. via Twilio or custom SMTP settings).
• To manage customer invoices and track service histories.
• To enforce our terms, conditions, and policies.

3. Payment Processing & Stripe

We use third-party payment processors to handle all billing and payment details. Currently, our service utilizes Stripe, Inc. for payment processing.

When you subscribe to a paid tier or process client transactions, your payment credentials are provided directly to Stripe. We do not store or process your raw credit card numbers or bank credentials on our servers. The storage and use of your payment details are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at stripe.com/privacy.

4. Sharing Your Information

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. This includes third-party integrations you explicitly enable, such as Twilio for text messaging.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

5. SMS Communications and Consent

We offer the option to receive SMS notifications regarding your services or inquiries. Consent to receive SMS messages may be obtained verbally (for example, when you contact us over the phone or visit a business location, and a representative offers to send SMS notifications and reads the consent disclosure to you), or in writing (such as when checking a confirmation box or filling out a form).

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive these notifications, you consent to the following: "By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS notifications regarding your service from Crew Table. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes."

Once consent is recorded and your phone number is entered, you will receive a confirmation message stating: "You have agreed to receive SMS updates from Crew Table. Msg freq may vary. Std msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.
